You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as personal care or worn items) may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
